I woke up this morning thinking about management.  Okay, well, not quite, but I saw an article from the SmartBrief - "Good Bosses Are The Same Today As They Were in 1992."  The line that caught me was "[T]reating employees with respect, encouraging them to participate and to make suggestions, and listening to them are as important as ever," Sutton writes.  In other words, nothing has changed as to what employees want from a boss over the years.
