Winter season in a warm weather

Hello, Right now i found myself looking for options to go for this winter. I just came out of winter in my country so I don't wanna get into the cold again for now. I decided to find a job in the nice weather of Florida or Hawaii, but I find it quite difficult to get a job offer in those states. Please if you could recomend some places I could apply or stay, let me know. I have work experience and a proactive attitude, I'm an easy going person ready to spend a winter season working and making new friends.
