I'm also anxiously awaiting any responses in Indiana! I probably applied for at least 20 different locations...hopefully one of them will like me!

It seems as if all the Big players, Xanterra/Aramark/Delaware North are now in the process of making hiring decisions. Usually a polite call to HR will show that you are really interested. I think it depends on what type of job you applied for. I have only applied for tourboat operator positions at Yellowstone and lake Powell. I heard back from San Juan Safaris in Puget Sound pretty fast since they did not have any openings.

Did you apply to Crater lake, by any chance? I can give you lots of information about them since I have worked there the last 4 summers.

Yeah, how is Crater Lake? How expensive is the room and board? It's my first summer ever to work seasonally, so I really have no idea what to expect.

Two Offers yesterday! One for Tikchik Lodge in Alaska as a Bartender and the other at Rio Blanco Ranch as an Asst. Chef. I don't know what to do! I told them both I was waiting til the 15th to hear back from Mountain Sky Ranch for a possible position as their Bar Manager. Too many choices! What to Do!

The Elephant Head Lodge near Yellowstone gave me a phone interview today! They were definitely my first choice, so hooray!

I got my offer for Mt. Rushmore back on January 5th for another year doing Security. I will be there April 10th through Labor Day.
