I accepted the office worker position, so I'm sure we'll be spending a lot of time together this summer. :-)

I think I'm coming, too! Just trying to iron out some kinks in transportation. When are you getting there? I look forward to meeting you both!

Elephant Head Lodge is on "good ground" however, hippie that may sound. I ran the dining room and my husband ran the kitchen for part of the season last summer. The owner's are absolutely awesome people. Just be prepared to work your ass off. You will be in really good physical and mental shape by the end of the season if you just roll with the punches. Please keep us posted on how it's going. I'm actually rather jealous. I would love to return to Elephant Head. I just don't see it feasible at this point in our lives (that's provided Kevin and Debbie would have us back). :) You are on your way to work for a retired rancher, so they run the resort similar to a ranch. It is very long days, but make friends with who you work with and work hard and it will be an awesome experience. We left EH and went to work at another resort (Wapiti Lodge) mid-season. When we went back to visit Kevin and Debbie, the feeling we got when we set foot on property immediately told us we wanted to go back...and we did. Mind your P's and Q's, work hard and you should have an awesome summer. Please tell Kevin and Debbie that Bendi and James said hello and we wish them the best. It's a beautiful place you are headed for. Enjoy it. I hope it works out for you. I would love nothing more than to see that place profit and grow for Kevin and Debbie's sake. Good luck!

Hey! I see that you're spending your summer out west at EHL! Me too! I am also supposed to help with Wrangling and Cabin Cleaning, and etc. I worked out there two years ago for Phil and Joan, but I am so stoked to be going back! Kevin and Debbie sound so nice, I cannot wait to meet everyone! When do you go out?
