When did you start applying? Many seasonal employers fill supervisory positions early on in their hiring season, sometimes as early as December and January. If you are looking for supervisory or management positions and applied only recently, that might be a reason.

Other than that I couldn't really say. I don't want to speak for another company.

Are you interested in Alaska? If so, I might be able to help you out there.

I know Mount Rushmore in S. Dakota is looking for a Foods/Beverage manager, that position just came open within the last week. Been working there the last 3 seasons and it is a great place to be out west. Check out the "Help Wanted" section. It is a permanent, year around position.

Have you followed up with phone calls. E-mails get over looked and changed, and on line appilication don't always get submitted a little glich with the internet. I alway follow up with a phone call one week later that gives them a week to have the chance to follow up with your reply, and if they did not get your reply then you can reapply. Keep a log of you appilication how you applied, how you made contact, name of who to speak to in HR, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, and of course the name of the place your appling to. Good luck hope this helped a little.
