Just wondering if anyone had insight. I have ideas of joining it. I like the physical labor, and just thought it's a good way to see America, work and have fun at once.

I haven't done this, but I help them post their jobs on CW and think it sounds really cool. Be sure to share your stories from the Southwest. I'd love to hear more about working for them.
