If all you want to do is drive there are jobs at the north rim of the grand canyon working for Forever Resorts. You can be a shuttle driver that picks up employees at the dorms and takes them to their work locations (about a 4-5 mile loop for an 8 hr shift) or you can be a driver that picks up new employees in St. George at the hotels and bus station (about 300 miles round trip). These drivers also take employees on recreational events such as to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell and shopping trips to Kanab and St. George (3-5 times/week). These drivers get paid for the entire time they are away so part of this time they are being paid for playing in other national parks. The nice thing is that there is very little traffic in this part of Arizona and Utah so the driving is easy and the scenery is super.
Last year, there was always a need for drivers at the North Rim. Good Luck!
