Start my career in EEUU

I've been working as a receptionist in a hotel in Barcelonaduring the last 5 years. Now I would like start my career in USA but I'm a little lost. Where i have more possibilities to find a job?

It has links to sites that explaining the various work visas, how to get the right visas, companies that help with the international process and is a good place to start.

The resort I'm working at this summer picks up a lot of help from international workers, the Basin Harbor Club, and is a nice place. Most of the big national parks recruit internationally too.
