desert mountain golf resort?

I have verbally accepted the job, I really want to go to Phoenix and it sounds like a sweet deal but I kinda want to go my own way and get my own apartment and take a break. Does anyone have ANY feedback to give me on the job, the company, Monte Viejo apartments, anything??????

Permalink Reply by Keith Larson on August 28, 2008 at 10:43pm: I've heard their golf courses are fantastic. They're private, and I'm no where that good at the game to give them a try anyway. Are they paying extremely well or are you planning a long commute time everyday? I think they're in Scottsdale, that's to Phoenix like Bel Air or Beverly Hills is to LA. Phoenix traffic can be difficult. It has expanded soooo much in the last 20 years and is still growing rapidly....faster than the infrastructure can keep up.

But all of those people are going there for good reasons. If you're looking for a resort job in a big metro (I think the Phoenix-area is the 5th largest) I think this would be a great choice. If the finances make sense, including the expenses, I'd say go for it.; ▶ Reply to This
