Hello, Me and my boyfriend are looking for a workamp/ranch job (or anything similar) in Arizona.

We have been looking for a while now but most of them I've been looking into says "clean cut" staff only - or they won't accept couples. Me and my boyfriend both have dreadlocks. We figured there has to be somewhere out there who will accept humans from all paths of life.

So does anyone know of a workamp/ranch job in Arizona that will accept us?

We do not own an RV yet, so any jobs w/ dorms or rooming available would be nice.

Therefore, they value image a lot. Of the places I worked at in Tucson, zero would accept dreads.... I mean no offense, but I think you would do better in looking for work where people are not so conservative, but more liberal. Good luck :0); ▶ Reply to This

However, a lot of resorts do as long as you're in back of the house or housekeeping positions. I personally have locks, but at risk of sounding discriminatory, I am a woman of color who has a professional, clean style. I have never had a problem with any employer, but then again I look clean-cut. No offense. If you are looking to go to Arizona though, I would research the Prescott area.; ▶ Reply to This
