Living & Working in Great Places

Anyone knows a cool east coast job where they give housing. I have worked as bellman before

I need to find a good summer job on east coast/new england that offers housing
any ideas?

I just wanted to to know the ins and outs of town, stuff i cant find in a book! :) Where the cool places are to go and check out or how the other hotel employees are in the town? I have housing, im sharing a room with some other employees in a house. Its my first time working a seasonal job like this so anything about the area or what to expect would be awesome!!

Permalink Reply by lori on April 21, 2009 at 12:38am: Take the bus for the busy season Memorial day through Labor day. Buses run every 15 minutes. You won't be able to find a place to park at the beach during the summer either. There are a couple movie theater up there. The movies come out a few weeks later though. Gas is usually about $.75 more a gal. than the mainland. Clothes are very expensive, and the stores are botiques. Cool places in Edgartown are The Wharf. They have a band on weekends. You must take the ferry over to Chappy one day. It has the prettiest beach there. Any other questions let me know.
