Just asking for some friendly advice about Deer Valley Ski Resort in Utah. This is my first ever seasonal job, so it is a bit nerve wracking / exciting at the same time. If anyone is headed up there, please post a comment because i will be all alone. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
just moved to park city and work at the canyons, lifts arent open yet at dv and canyons, you can do a few runs at PC. public transportation is awesome here and its free, but you can't stay out to late. its a good idea to have a car but not nessesary. i know deer valley and park city have housing but the canyons don't, rent in park city is pricey. most people live in slc and commute, i chose to live in park city because the whole reason for me moving to utah was to live in the mountains. luckily i found a job that pays well, otherwise i would have to work 2 jobs like my roomate. have fun this season, when you get here look me up and let go riding, i can get lift tickets for deer valley and park city, my days off are fri and sat
