Family run ski resorts?

im planing on going to work at a ski resort for the winter and im wondering if anyone has had a good experience at a family run, non-corporate resort. i worked at mammoth mountain for 2 winters and the atmosphere there is suffocatingly corporate, im looking for something friendlier and more laid back (as far as working is concerned). ive heard taos new mexico suggested as a nicer place, can anyone reccomend any others?

Alta Peruvian Lodge is a smaller ski lodge with ski benefits at Alta.

Grand Targhee is smaller, more home-grown, with tremendous amounts of snow.

Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a great place - been there. Also has a great local atmosphere.
