Living & Working in Great Places

Hi, I was wondering who all is going to the Grand Canyon South Rim for 2009 summer work? I'm heading up there on April 28th, and this is the only place online I could find people talking about it. I want to know more about it, but can't seem to find recent posts. Let me know. :)

hey,

I'm going there as well, don't know too much, but i think you get your own room which is unheard for a seasonal job....

see you there...

Wow, that would be a dream. I have a feeling it would be packed at that time, so I dunno. I'm staying in the dorms. I don't really mind dorm-life as long as I don't get a room with 2 others--1 other would be fine.

You don't get your own room at South Rim unless you have senority and have been there a long time. Newbies have to share...

I guess yeah we're talking about two different companies, i am going to work for delaware north in the market... i didn't know both xanterra and delaware north were at the south rim...pretty interesting..

Yeah.. Xanterra is the bigger of the two operations..... Plus they operate the Grand Canyon Railway.
