Hearing from employers

Hello everyone!

I'm a green horn with coolworks and I'm trying to feel my way around.  I've found everything pretty easily so far, but I'm wondering what the normal reply time is from employers.  I've applied to jobs before, but they have always been in person and there is instant feedback in those sorts of situations.  When applying to jobs online, how long does it usually take employers to reply?

Employers should be responding to Apps any time this month or in Feb as well.If you are unsure just give them a call and check up on your status of Application . It is still very early in the process for them, they are just not probably looking at their returns from previous season.Good luck !

It totally depends on the employer. I've gotten calls like the next day, but I've also gotten calls months after I've applied.

its still a little early, you should start hearing from them anywhere from the middle of jan to march.  also within the next couple of weeks there should be a few more job postings from some of the bigger employers.  if you don't hear from the ones you want, its ok to call or email them.
