How is Forever Resorts to work for on North Rim

I worked for Xanterra on the North Rim in 2007. Can anyone provide information on how the new contractor, Forever Resorts, compares to Xanterra. I know that the top management is still the same as before but hopefully there are some improvements.

It sounds to me like you base a lot on traditional discrimination and prejudices. You are right, no management team is perfect. But why go this route, slinging mud along the road? We all know that there will be rocky moments at any place of business, and we are all prepared for it. We don't need anybody bringing their religious fears and blind phobias into any of these discussions, and I don't think that many of us are going to tolerate them for much longer.
I just sent some of his post to Kari, hopefully she'll take care of this.
i agree with chefness who cares i know alot of husband wife teams runs hotels that work out great sound like u have something agaisnt north rim
i personally do not like nepotism. if they want to practice it at north rim that is their business. it is not for me. it undermines respect for management. it curries favoritism. and creates a negative working enviroment. someone asked what it is liketo work at north rim. do you want that person to get the whole picture? or only part of the picture? now, anywhere you work is going to have some negatives, that is reality. but you want to work some where tha t has more positives than negatives. i am not saying northt rim has more negatives than positives. if i ask about working some where please tell me th e whole picture, positives and negatives. that way i can make a better informed decision. you know i am going to find out anyway when i get there. why not let me know before i decide. that way my chances of completing contract are much higher if i know in advance what i am getting in my new employemtn.
Charlie, have you ever worked at the North Rim? With this so-called nepotism going on? You automatically assume that all places operate alike. If it were up to you, you wouldn't be working anywhere, because a great number of businesses have relatives working together. Most of the time, we don't even know about it. If you are so scared of working for these places, then don't. But unless you have worked at the North Rim (and I seriously doubt you have, citing your fear, prejudice, and discrimination of the Mormon culture), I really feel that your opinions and comments regarding Russ's question are completely unnecessary and baseless.
have you ever worked anywhere where nepotism was practiced? i have. it was a husband wife team. look irespect your opinion, i don't agree with it and apparently you don't agree with me which is perfectly ok. let's agee to disagree and be friends. if you want to contineu to discuss nepotism that 's fine with me but , i will not change your mind and i don't think you will chang mine, but i could bbe wrong.
For your information, I have worked at two different places where relatives worked together. And it was different at each place. You are, once again (because I get the impression that you like to ignore this little bit), assuming that all of these places are the same, and negativity is the only outcome. Come off it, and move on.
okay, maybe it is not anegative to have nepotism practiced at a company. if it is practiced at a company , is it alright to mention it? you don't seem to get my point. my point is , it is alright to say something about a company if it si true. now, it is true that nepotism is practiced at north rim. it is not necesarily true , that in this case it is a bad thing. would you agree with that?
Charlie, why don't you take your hate elsewhere. You obviously didn't work at the North rim anytime soon if at all or I would of seen you. This board is not for discrimination, bias, slander, trashing, hate, or any other derogatory commentary, but information. If you had worked there then fine but I know that you have not with this company so please just keep your ignorance to yourself.
