I am tired of dealing with the chat. That's why I rarely get on to chat anymore. Not only does it cut off for me frequently, but it messes up when I try to scroll up to read the stuff I missed while I was cut off.

sometimes when I go back on to it after its finally working again the whole chat window has wiped out so you miss everything that was said

Brenda, you're right, this chat program is garbage. I have not been able to go on it in 3 days! When will they realize this is not working out? I miss my friends!!!

That's not the point really. The message is we would like the old chat back. We could all migrate to another service, but that's not coolworks.

Facebook and myspace are entirely different venues though so I wouldn't go there to chat for coolworks but ning sure did mess the chat up really good.

ya gotta love it , it cuts out just as monday night chat starts and just now comes back. lets see I am Arizona and it's now 8:35 pm. grrrr.

The chat seemed to pick up all my comments last night. There were times when no one seemed to be typing anything....Was everyone actually trying to participate at those times? Bummer! To the one(s) it IS working for (at least that day) it feels like no one is interested in the conversation, so might as well just log off instead of talking to oneself.

Yes, a frustrating situation.
Hoping for a viable solution.
