this has been buggin me ever since i went to an job fair here in denali not going to say the name of the resort can they tell u to cut your hair if it been braided and tell u to shave your mustache off for an job expecially if your going to be in the back of the house or not hired you cause u have an tatoo. also not trying to sound racist or anything that same resort told several black applicants that the position been fill without even looking at there appilcation is that wrong for an company to do that ive work at alot of resturant i have never been told to shave my mustache as long if it neat and trim it shouldnt be an problem

Employers can set whatever they want for a dress code. The key is that if they set those rules, they need to be consistent in their enforcement. There is not a law to cover such a thing.
