Suggestions for warm winter work?

Hiya. So I'm currently at the Grand Canyon and I'd like to find a place to wait tables for the winter. I could do a ski resort if I could find one with a great bistro or fine-dining atmosphere, and also if it was in a town. This isolaton stuff is just too much for me to do two seasons in a row. However, I would much prefer somewhere warm and on the ocean. If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear them! Thanks in advance!

not on the ocean but death valley is good for winter
