I didn't work there, but I joined Trek America tour (very similar to Suntrek) for 4 times before. The tour is traveling around the U. S and Canada with 13 passangers (young budget mind people from all over the world), staying at campground, the passangers cook meal at campground, go hiking, sightseeing, or joining optional activities (rafting, horse back riding, etc). The tour length are anywhere between 1 week to 9 weeks. You are likely applying for a tour leader who responsible for the group. Your job is driving a van to destination to destination, organize the group, make sure everybody having fun, solving problems, etc. Tour leader works 7days a week during the tour, but they are enjoying the trip with passangers. You'll have a backup from the office but you have to take all responsibilities by yourself durng the tour. ... I heard about the pay isn't so good... but they receive tips at the end of the tour.
