Does anyone have any advice on what I should pack for Lake Yellowstone? I'll be living there from mid May to August and am trying to see what I should leave at college and what I should take. How is the weather? Thanks

Hi, It'll be pretty chilly still when you get there, a good warm jacket, gloves, etc. is needed. The snow will be mostly gone by mid may, the lake will be about to turn. BUT, by the first part of june the days will be comfortably warm but the evenings may still have a chill. You'll always need to keep a sweater or like jacket available.

Take the usual personal items, an alarm clock, etc. It all depends on how your getting there as to how much that you can take.

O, some ear plugs if your a lite sleeper. It can get a bit loud in the dorms.

Thanks so much! This is helpful. :)

pack clothing for layers. Still snow there.
