Congrats Daniel
I get bored, I tried to work the regular restaurant 40 hour, 1 week off a year, and just couldn't get thru it, I would get bored, then my attitude would go to hell, and the next thing I knew, I would be out the door and looking for a new job, and I've been trying for years to make the seasonal thing work, north in the summer, and go south for the winter, almost had it together last winter, then it all went sideways, and I've been stuck in Seattle for the winter. The other part of my needing to find seasonal work, is that I do a better job when I have control of the menu, and can change it up, and cook things when, and how I want to. I like to know when the end is, and knowing I have time off coming up, I have good energy for a while, but then I need to recharge and get away, my plan is to get all the way down to the Keys this fall, and work there for the winter.

Honestly, it tickles me. That's why I'm working a seasonal job this summer.
