Where to go this winter for serving positions

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in Yellowstone and am finishing my season in early September, and them I'm headed to Nepal for October and November to do some more trekking. However, I wanted to ask about winter jobs for servers. I'm wanting to get some more professional training as a server as most of my experience has been in a diner type setting. Servers, where do you go for the winter? Who is good to work for?

big sky mt, breckenridge colorado and several other colorado locations, mammoth in Cali pretty much where ever there is skiing.
