Working as a shuttle dispatcher in Yosemite for DNC

Hi there,

7.) I have now received a packet from CARCO regarding my duplicate copy of the back ground check they performed. It states that I am clear with all information being varified.

I apologize for my ignorance (if this is in the totally wrong section) however my query into the position of dispatcher has been lacking substantial information.

Here is where I am at in the process:

1.) I have finished my application

2.) I was contacted by phone to set up an interview on a Saturday (I was surprised to be contacted over the holiday weekend so make sure you answer your phones if you don't recognize the number).

3.) After scheduling my interview date, I received a conformation e-mail and was asked to confirm my interview date with my interviewer

---> I was also instructed to review the "Live. Work. Play." guide to prepare for my interview, and instructed to call with any extra questions.

4.) I emailed him back, and had no response, which is ok because no news is good news.

5.) I had my phone interview, which lasted 30 minutes and had a time to ask questions at the end. I was told that I would receive an e-mail at the end of the day.

6.) I checked my email anxiously, and found that my "application is currently being reviewed for a Dispatcher position.  This process can take up to 7 or 10 business days.  We will be making a decision at that time."

So now I wait, and in the mean time, I wanted to know if this is standard for all interview scenarios?

In addition, has anyone worked in the transportation section as a dispatcher, or shuttle dispatcher, or if they would have any type of input into what the position would entail?! Thanks for any help you can give me. Much appreciated!!
