Border crossing at Sumas, WA took about an hour, document checks, declarations and vehicle search. The happy motoring to Hope BC where I spent the nice in a super nice Quality Inn. Today drove almost 600 miles from Hope to Burns Lake, BC. Very dark, rainy, foggy and flooding everywhere. Very pretty in an etherial way. Most every Canadian I have met is friendly and very helpful,

I am in Portland Oregon will cross into Canada today and overnight in Hope, BC next three nights in BC then cross into the Yukon

Reggie: Bob is having last dinner pizza hut at parents house in Florida. I am leaving Thursday at 6 am. I will be going through Idaho Falls. about 15 days to Denali.

LEAP AWAY FROM BOARD LIFE. back at doing the whole trip starting tomorrow. All I have is the Nervous self centered feeling. Bob is financed and have time with extra time needed before starting work at Denali.

Bob Blockus did not want to be statistic if something goes wrong on long 5,000 mile drive to Alaska. Decided it was best to Fly at end of April start of May. last minute decision. when on Alaska Airlines and or South West Airlines going to Alaska Bob could smile and relax. the previous planed long drive 15 day trip was solo no fun in that regards. Bob chicked out for Drive Trip. Better to play it safe.

Mike- If I remember correctly the only brand that we had throughout the canyon and even up in Fairbanks is Odwalla. It's very similar to Naked and has a bunch of different flavors and whatnot. Not sure about the fridge thing though.
