This is my second winter season down in Arizona. I've been working at one of the ranches near Wickenburg, the Kay El Bar. They might be able to make the trip to Phoenix to pick you up at the airport. There's also some shuttle options. The Phoenix Metro bus lines have the Wickenburg Connector. It runs from the city to the Arrowhead Mall in Glendale. From there you can make connections to other Phoenix metro areas. Many people bicycle in the state, but not too many are located in Wickenburg.
