I was at Signal Mountain Lodge in 2006. I took the Jackson Hole Express in from Salt Lake City. That first view over the mountain pass is one I'll never forget. I hiked often. SML will pick you up in Jackson. I think all the other opportunities in the Tetons will. You cannot bike on the trails in the park, but wherever cars can go there is plenty of shoulder space.
