Hay everyone, I miss being there. I am doing great here in Amarillo, Tx. I am working at The Big Texan Steak Ranch. If you ever get in the area you have to stop in and have a meal. The food here is Awsome.

Hello to everyone still at the GCNR. I hope all is well with you. It was a rather quick last day for me. I did not get to say good bye in person to those of you I came to know. I am back home now. I am sorry that I have just found it but I am a bit ditzy when it comes to chatting on-line. Just don't do it often enough. Always good to be prepared, even with geeky shoes, lol it's only for a short few months. The last two pictures were taken last year when I went on an employee trip away from the North Rim in a town called Kanab, Utah. The carriage was sitting there just as they had closed down the Festival they hold every year to celebrate old west days. The building is a famous restaurant/hotel called the Parry where a lot of old time actors/actresses have stayed/ eaten at. We had just eaten there and was getting ready to head back to the North Rim

nice photos Brenda. Just curious where they were taken. I solved the shoe dilemma. I brought out my old combat boots from storage. They are black, comfortable and tough as nails. I bought some geeky shoes for backup but with some luck I will get to wear my boots. Wish I could head out there now. I' am so bored with West Texas!
