i was just about to post this! it doesn't seem like many people from coolworks are heading to the tetons this season!! =/ everyone's going to yellowstone!

can you tell me what signal mountain lodge is like? what to people do there on their days off?
We worked Yellowstone at Lake Hotel one season, they employ thousands, the Park itself sees up to 3 million people a summer. The Tetons is less crowded but still quite busy. Signal Mtn employs about 140 people and most everyone "knows your name". The staff are more laid back that some of the bigger corporations running the concessions in the national parks. They do expect an honest days work.
The hiking, fishing, photo-ops, boating and touristy things will keep you busy all summer. Plan a day or two to go see Yellowstone and talk to employees who work there, you may decide to do that another season.
Be sure to bring some winter clothes as it tends to be cold in May and Sept., we are up to 10 degrees warmer than Yellowstone.
Feel free to email me with questions before your arrival.
