is anyone currently working at grand teton?

I was just wondering if anyone is still working their and if so what is it like? I need to do an externship for school and im looking to find a good resort to go to. Just kind of wondering what the room and board cost are and what kind of things there is to do in the area during may and june???? Thanks

Permalink Reply by Eric on January 21, 2009 at 8:08pm: hey...i worked there last summer(08) and will be going back this summer(09). The housing is like dorm style. You have 1 room mate. The room size is about the same size of a dorm..maybe a little smaller. There's no cable. I was alright with that cuz theres alot to do. Theres about 13 dorms on property. Alot of employees. It cost around $60-70 a week. or 120-140 a month. The company provides 3 meals a day in the employee cafeteria. The food is alright. There is also a bar area on property for employees only. There they have fooseball, and pool tables. Also a big screen tv that gets salilite. The beer and food there is kinda expensive. In may and june there are alot of things to do. You can do a float trips on the river, yellowstone trips, horse back riding, and the hiking trails are awesome. You can also do fishing near by. www.gtlc.com; ▶ Reply to This
