Any time Scott , that is what this place is all about . Getting helpful information to others etc. Its gonna be a rough summer what I keep reading. if your really want a bigger chance to be hired around this area , try applying at Xanterra for Yellowstone they hire around 2000 people for the summer .

Jeremy, Thank you very much for that piece of advice. I have spent the evening getting those out. I was worried about putting them in to soon. Are you going there this season?

Get your apps in early asap . Most places will be hiring this month or the next . There are many companies around the Teton area . Good luck .

To marie,
I worked there about five years ago and have applied for the 2010 season. There is always a ton of stuff to do however I don't know about the begining of the season. I remember doing a lot of horseback riding, hiking, float rides and a few trips out to yellowstone. It is simply where my heart is when it comes to parks

A few of us have a conversation going on..."Grand Teton Website..." , if you're interested, might be helpful too. (sorry, I'm a little new at this, I have a hard time keeping up with "where" all the information/conversations are!?)

Di, I see from your posting on February 12, 2009, you were scheduled to work at Colter Bay last summer, can you share any information?

Grand Teton Association is hiring sales clerks for summer 2010.

307-739-3373 - Andra

I have not been able to find out anything about this group. For instance, "seasonal housing may be available w/affordable rent and possible shared bedroom or possible RV site"

Please post anything you might find out, as I am hoping to work at Tetons this summer.

Is there anybody currently working at the Tetons? Going to apply for summer 2010? Worked there in the past? Let's get some dialogue started...I'm definitely going to apply for the summer. Reservations would probably be my first choice (I think!?). This will be my first seasonal job...very excited !

I just applied @ Teton Resorts for the winter. I have been increasingly interested in the seasonal subculture and since I am somewhat nomadic by nature, I feel that this sect of the hospitality world might be for me. Can a person make a decent living doing this?

Hi everyone!!
I hope you all had a great, at least, good summer. I'm very anxious to hear what you thought about working in the Tetons this year, I will be applying for next summer, so, let's hear it - the good, the bad, and everything in between!
