Heh. I'm just finishing up hemming my pants and I've got to run out to pick up a few last minute things, and one more little piece of South Florida for the trip.

Chris, I was wondering how you were going to live with just a duffle!

I was told to bring the hire packet tomorrow when we all show up, and make sure to hand it in to HR after we get there (same day).

heh ive gone insane packing, i was trying to bring just a duffel bag, that has failed me so i moved onto a suitcase, duffel bag and my labtop case lol good times sniffle i think im forgetting things :(

I too feel like I am packing too much, but I think I am more worried that I have forgotten something! I have two suit cases, and two carry ons. I also have lost all sanity while packing!

Michelle, good questions! I've got one checked suitcase, a backpack, and a cloth bag/purse I'm stuffing things into.... and as of right this moment, I'm crossing my fingers that I've got what I need and haven't left something important out. My money's so tight right now I can't afford to pay for a second checked bag, lol. Yeah hopefully the ol' Volcano won't blow again! And I'm hoping I can do a free (a truly free) excursion before my first normal paycheck. Things have been costing me more than I had planned on... I'm literally flying by the seat of my pants here, ha ha ha! :) But I'm excited to get up there already! Zero hour approaches ;) Ya Hoo!!!

I wouldn't worry about having to much luggage. I have two duffel bags, a large purse, a backpack, and another small suite case. XD I'm not going to be able to walk.

Does anyone know how much excursions will be for employees? Does it cost a lot of money to withdraw from the ATM at the lodge? Anyone worried about the volcano blowing? And how much luggage is everyone bringing?? I have a big luggage case and then a small carryon bag and my laptop but im having trouble fitting everything but i dont want to seem like i have a lot! :)
