Caretake position as Oakland House Seaside Resort for the summer

Just wanted to make everyone aware in this group about an interesting position we just posted on our Seasonal Pros job list for a Caretaker/Live-in generalist at a coastal resort in Maine. It's a gorgeous location. The resort is not open this summer, and they're looking for someone who can lend a hand with general up-keep of the property. It is not a paid position. They're asking for 20 hours a week in exchange for the guest cabin. It would be a wonderful place to spend the summer - a great opportunity to live at a very nice property on the coast of Maine.
