Thank you and I agree. Same as reviews on RV parks I read them with half thinking most is not anything the park manager can do. So I will go into this with an open mind and just enjoy it for what it is.

Comment to Sue,
It has been our experience that people tend to blame the parent company for the misgivings of area managers. There are a lot of complaints about Xanterra because of bad experiences at the Grand Canyon or Death Valley, etc. but the truth is that it is the people at those locations that is the problem, not Xanterra as a parent company per-say. Just didn't want you to be discouraged by all of the negative Xanterra comments, I'd tend to listen more to people who have worked at Mt. Rushmore than to people who have worked for Xanterra in general.

I will be at Mt. Rushmore this summer with Xanterra. Are they a decent group to work for. This is my first year working. I have to take the plunge with someone. All comments welcomed.

Wondering if anyone in the O&B group are currently working in either Zion or Bryce and if they can provide some useful comments--would greatly appreciate it. B

Hello from Louisiana! Like Leslie this will be my first year working at McDonald lodge and my first year in Montana. I too would love to hear from other Older and Bolder members. However I think we could come up with something other than "Older" for the member name. What do ya'll think?
