For me working seasonal in the national parks affords me the freedom. To stay in one place for long is not my thing. Who else can say wow look at that scene and get paid for it. Wear as just vacationing is only a short memory. I am the type that just doesn't feel comfortable being chained in a city doing a dreary job. Only animals in the city are people but in these parks ya have both "demestic animals (human)" at least there semi demestic, and the true wildlife. To go to work seeing the wildlife every morning or night is a lot better then seeing concrete and nutty drivers as you commute every day. The tense feeling just drains right off me.
