Yellowstone National Park - NPS New Releases

Beartooth Highway Opens For Memorial Day Holiday Weekend

The Beartooth Highway, the scenic high elevation portion of US-212 linking Red Lodge, Montana, with the communities of Cooke City and Silver Gate, Montana, and the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park, is scheduled to open for the season at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning, May 24.

Watercraft in Yellowstone Required To Be Invasive Species Free

In order to more thoroughly protect the waters of Yellowstone National Park, all motorized and non-motorized watercraft entering the park’s lakes must first pass an Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) inspection.

Yellowstone Seeks Comment On Energy Company Proposal To Upgrade Substations and Land Mobile Radio System

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking public comment regarding a capital improvement plan proposed by the utility company that provides electrical service to Yellowstone National Park.

Comment by Kelsey on March 27, 2013 at 9:36pm: I did like canyon, it's a lot of fun, and it's a central location so it's easier to get to other places. I worked in housekeeping, I was a room attendant, and then a house person, and then I worked as the office assistant for housekeeping. I loved working there. One of my friends worked in the warehouse, he liked it, said the hours were good. I'm so excited to go back to the park!
