Also Who employed you? Xanterra is my employer. I have heard there staff is kinda hard to get along with. Have u heard this? Thanks

Packing - clothes, bedding, bath supplies, outdoor gear, computer, CAMERA, alcohol if you drink....I posted my packing list last year you can get to it on my profile. I kind of overpacked thou. I was employed with Xanterra too if you work in the hotels that's who everyone is employed with. Then there is DNC which are the general stores, medcor which are the clinics, and park services. No different then any other job there are people you like and people you don't like.

Sounds great!! What is their policy on alcohol? I dont party a lot but I do like to drink some?

As long as your 21 and up, aren't to loud after 10 and show up to work you can drink as much as u want.
Don't give alcohol or have people under 2121 in your room when drinking you will get fired if caught. Also basketball court is not run by Xanterra so you can drink on it .

Thanks again for all the advice and help. How are the living arrangements? Are the rooms small and close quarters?

Yes the rooms are pretty small. Dorm room size at a college. You share the room with one other person and share a bathroom with the room next to you. There is free washer and dryers just keep an eye on time because people will switch out the clothes. There is snack and soda machines in each building and games and books you can borrow. Bring your own bedding you can borrow some from Xanterra but I personal preferred my own. There older buildings so there is alot of wear and tear but for the most part decent. There is monthly room inspections just to make sure you don't have stuff to close to the heaters, sprinklers and doors. Don't shower with the door open you will set off the smoke alarm! They are very sensitive.
