Yellowstone visitation statistics for October 2019

Yellowstone hosted 170,038 visits in October 2019. This is a 22% decrease from October 2018. So far in 2019, the park has hosted 3,977,852 visits, down 2.5% from the same period last year. Due to snow throughout the month, some entrance stations and park roads were temporarily closed. These closures likely contributed to the decrease in visitation.

Hey, Bob...I'm in Mammoth now. The Rec Hall is pretty good here; it has a full size basketball court, a decent variety of exercise equipment, and even volleyball nets they set up on occasion. The Rec dept office is also in there, where you can check out activities, etc. I believe they also have yoga classes and other things scheduled. I've never spent much time there myself, preferring to go play in the park.

What is the Mammoth employee Rec Hall like?

Kirk/Bob, the Mammoth disc course is on the hill up above and behind (west) of the hotel and cottages. Once the YCERP office opens in the Rec Hall, they'll have a map of the course and whatnot for you.

Cool Bob, I'm to check in May 11th at Mammoth, I'll find you there, and we can try to find and figure out the disc course there !!! ( If anybody that knows the course, can give us a hint, or some kinda direction, I would appreciate it !!! )

Hey Bob, even though I also play reg. ball golf. What I was talking about here was Disc golf. There are 4 unofficial disc courses in the park. And I'm kinda excited to play them !!! But heck, I'm open for anything fun, so let's stay in touch, maybe we can play a round of Reg Golf during the season ???
