We are in Chicago! Calling it a night after 17:38 hours of driving!!! Off to Badlands tomorrow!

Keep us updated!! We're coming!! Everybody will be there in the next couple of weeks!!! I know you'll be busy but if you get the chance I'd love to hear any news you have from Lake!!

We made it to Lake Hotel today, inspite of the snow. Its really pretty and they had to unlock the gate to let us in. Its really just getting started here, EDR is running, and the maintaince crews. Looking forward to your arrivals, seriously.

yay everyone's getting there!! we leave in 5 days!!! then a 4-5 day adventure on the road and we'll be in gardiner!!

From NH to Ohio in 10 hours! Just downed an Arby's turkey sandwich and next leg is to Chicago! Then to The Badlands and Mount Rushmore tomorrow! Soaking up the last rays of 80 degree sunshine before arriving in Gardiner on Friday! I can't believe the snow! How are the highway road conditions??

I am signed in, got my chefs uniforms and cool hats, now sitting in the Juniper dorm online waiting for orientation at 1 p.m today. I get to eat lunch here, and its snowing like mad. Going to be digging out the winter stuff soon...and where did I put that snow scraper? :D
