Share 'Any Americans work in Canada?'

Was thinking of trying to work at Whistler-Blackcomb next winter, does anyone know how difficult or easy it is to get a work permit in Canada? Whistler's websites state they will not give employment letters for visa's, and encourage folks to get a Working Holiday Visa. However that's only available to those countries in the British Commonwealth, not America. Does anyone have any more informatio...
