Hey everybody let me discribe my situation,Iam a 45 yr old professional manager that is looking for employment either in CO,WY,AL,or other western states.I have applied with great references, to many lodges and resorts with no avail.Am I to old?I dont know what to think.What an I doing wrong?Thanks Tim
