You need to get some serving experience. Learn wine and if possible.. go get your Sommelier Certification. With those skills you can make a lot of money serving seasonally.

Bottom line, assuming a guy has reasonable skills, what's (in your knowledge or opinion) the worst case for money, and the probable actual case. You know, what's the range, especially the worst case, if have the worst shifts at the worst place.

You can tell me in tips, or in sales...... I'll add the hourly.
