I can understand your distaste for coffee, I cant really drink it unless I doctor it with an almost comical amount of sugar and cream.

And as far as texas and music is concerned, we have austin which is like the live music capitol of the U.S. tons of real fly, not country, bands.
However I dont live in austin.
