Looking for Life

Hello again. It's been a long summer. Unexpected. Needed. Everything. Seems I was meant to be in Alabama and not Alaska. Who would have thought? Once again I need to get out. Still trying to make that life. I just need to live it. I'm writing this blog in hopes of finding a seasonal job for this upcoming winter. I know my best bet is to apply for all that I have an interest in yet I thought I could find a helping hand by asking as well. I'm not particular about what or where I will be working.… Continue

The stonecutter was unappreciative of who he was. Seeing a wealthy merchant, he desired to be such. When he became one, he realized that with all this power, he still had to bow before the king; of course, he now wished to be king. And so it was, until he noticed how much the sun could make him uncomfortable with its heat. So, I feel drawn to Alaska. Deep within something is calling. I've never been. I just know it will change my life. Any suggestions?

Gwins Lodge in cooper landing alaska is still looking for help. Its one of the most beautiful places on earth, with THE BEST fishing anywhere. Bob the owner has been great in the hiring process for me. Might look them up and give them a shout. This will be my first time in Alaska. Cant wait to get there! Good luck in your hunt for adventure, you have found the best place online to do it.

So just to throw it out there, I'm looking for a seasonal job that will allow me to travel and live in a supportive enviroment. My interest are broad and I'm capable of adapting to my surroundings. Alaska, Colorado, Oregon whatever. As long as I can fish and spend time within nature. Of course friendships and business relations are always appreciated. Any advice, tips or general information would be of much use. Much thanks to coolworks.com. I must say it has given me inspiration. I look forward to all responses.
