I'm heading to Great Lakes Maritime this fall and I'm looking forward to the move to Traverse City(although I'll hate to leave Alaska). I've never been to Northern Michigan but I hear good things, can't wait to get out on the water.

We always sailed through the San Juan Islands in Washington state. I have wonderful memories of those trips.

About Me:

I am a 36 year old master captain with towing endorsement living in the Michigan area. At this time I am looking for possible employment in the ferry boat or tow boat industry. Other areas of interest are dinner cruises, private yachts, boat delivery and sightseeing tour boats. At this time I captain a little 29 foot Chris Craft out of the Muskegon area. I take small groups on sightseeing and photo tours of the great lakes area. I am willing to relocate on a seasonal basis to other areas with the option open to go full time if the job is right for me.

I am also interested in meeting possible crew mates for trips around the great lakes area for fun.

Master captain license with towing endorsement as well as first aid and CPR. I also hold a firefighter I & II plus HAZMAT certification and am looking to take the marine firefighter course soon. I also hold an amateur radio license (general class).
