About Me:: 64 years young looking for friends. Would love to find a friend to workamp with me about 3 to 6 months out of the year. Retired and loving life. Humor and optomism is a definite requirement. Into photography, easy hiking, seeing new places, live theater, concerts, and just relaxing watching a good movie. Oh, Yes, I do like to watch football.

Where have you lived and worked?: I've been a nomad. Lived several different places. Now settled in Bend, Oregon because of medical reasons. Have worked in Alaska driving tour bus, Yellowstone National Park, Wickenburg, AZ, and Zion National Park.

Dream Job:: Not working, just sharing the memories of the trip with someone. I am a good cook and I do windows

What does workamp mean? I just recently found My Coolworks on line. I am waiting for the divorce to come thru and then....maybe I will try this "new kind of life" A little nervous..how to get started and where to go. Traveling alone, of course want to feel safe..I would like to go kayaking on rivers or lite hiking - Nor particularly interested in horses. Will wait on areas with extreme cold until I get my feet wet...so to speak. Perfer the water, presently living in Florida. I would be driving to destination. When do these jobs typically start. Any info would be greatly appreciated. 56 years old and looking forward to adventure.

I thought I recognized your name. I used to work for both GLA and then Princess. If I remember correctly, you worked in ANC when Kevin Rucker was still there, and certainly Abby. I worked in the Seattle office for Chuck from 1998 to 2001. And, I definitely like PAT as well. Is Josh Howes still running the show there?
