I however am a horrible fisherman and its one of the few things I can only answer basic questions on. There are many returning employees at the lodge that can answer any question and usually are happy to have you along when they go fishing.
I can tell you a few things though, fly fishing is quite popular. But salmon fishing with spinning rods is very common, and fishing here is a blast when the salmon are running strong I've never seen anything like, and the fish keep coming all summer long, as a fisherman your going to Love Alaska. I tell everybody, and I'll tell you to, you picked a great place to be for the summer.

Crunch Time...

SO I got my new camera. It's pretty sweet, better than anticipated so I couldn't be more stoked. Packing here and there, I'm kind of stressed about my checked luggage tho, its pretty heavy. Hopefully I wont have to pay the $50 excess baggage fee. Is anybody going to be on the 10:00am out of seattle? Drop a line.

Still Hurtin.

Well I'ts been a week since the wreck and my whip lash is almost gone, but still got some soreness in my back. Hopefully this will go away before I get up there or I'm gonna have to just bite down and work through the pain.

Car Accident. Ouch!

Well a few days ago I was offroading with a couple of my buddies and ended up flipping twice. THANK GOD I'm okay and still able to come up to Alaska this summer. I would have been devistated.
