Patty Brown here. We love working at McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Took a two year hiatus, but have just moved to AK and couldn't be happier! My husband drives and I will be parking coaches and assisting guests. Can't wait to get started. I sold tours before, but they have done some shuffling. The people are friendly and the jobs aren't over strenuous. Give it a try, they are usually always hiring. And if you get hired you can see what other things they have. I started as a lead housekeeper and switched the following year. Keep me posted and good luck!
Hi Ellen....I'm "old" too (66) so join the crowd :) I like Yellowstone just because it's pretty big, very diverse and interesting and they need lots of people (all ages). If you want somewhere closer to home you might checkout Yosemite (although I've never worked there). Keep in mind that seasonal jobs don't pay much and be sure you understand your housing arrangements and costs ahead of time (very important!). With the right expectations summer seasonal work can be a lot of fun! Richard
