O yes the great waiting game!
You send all those email with resume maybe a photo and a nice little cover letter trying to sale your self to a company. Or my favorite filling out those apps on there websites, they are all the same or when they send you a PDF. to fill out and they have not saved it to were a person can fill out the fields.
Now I am at my second stage on some jobs and no word on others.
This is just my small rant of waiting to hear back from people.
