I have over 20 years experience in the direct administration of routine, periodical, preventative maintenance and facilities management. With many years of trouble shooting fire & gas alarm systems. I have acted as tester, teacher and trouble-shooter for manufacturing departments at a couple companies. I enjoy field service work and traveling to work sites, to trouble shoot electronic equipment. Have supervised the night shift for a major equipment manufacturer doing proactive remote equipment monitoring, analysis, data archiving and troubleshooting of world-wide land and off-shore oil rigs utilizing VPN networks to remotely analyze archive, and modify automation systems from a centralized location. While in this position our center experienced a 900% increase in customer base. Previous to that position, (with same company), was the installation manager on 4 projects, installing and commissioning a total of $70 million automated control systems and associated remote controlled equipment.
Supervised maintenance systems, configuration, and logistics support services for over 250 personnel, while in U.S. Navy. Highly skilled with maintenance systems and logistics services was the Automated Data Processing and Computer Equipment Facility / IT Manager, at two separate commands. I received a Navy Achievement medal for programs written at the Naval Magnetic Warfare Facility Yokosuka, Japan, later used as guidelines for further development by NAVSEA for other Magnetic Analysis facilities. I was also the Leading Petty Officer of the Electrical division on four consecutive ships, resulting in each ship never missing a commitment due to the Electrical Division’s equipment.
